Synopsis
On New Year’s Eve, Hattie’s life changed in a flash—literally. Struck by 100 million volts of flash-tastic lightning, Hattie didn’t just survive; she transformed. SuperHattie was born, fluent in a language of sparks, zaps, and electric screams. While SuperHattie has mastered the art of mind-reading and enduring unimaginable pain, despite all her powers, she still can't fly. Haunted by fear and doubt, SuperHattie faces her greatest challenge yet. Can she find the courage to rise above her limits—and truly soar?

First Look Buffalo Theatre Company, is a 501c3, non-profit company, dedicated to the development and production of new plays, has just wrapped up a highly successful second season! With a company of thirty-five ensemble actors, six directors and ten playwrights, founder Bob Rusch and First Look Buffalo produced 2 full-length productions, a production of one-act plays, and a series of staged productions, readings, and workshops. Our Mission Statement
Primarily a playwright’s company, we seek to empower writers to create new and engaging works. As a result, we have a playwright’s wing, director’s wing and an actor’s ensemble. The aim is to work together to fine tune these works, create great theatre and continue to build a strong company at the forefront of new play development.
